Those who cannot come to
Los Angeles but wish to present a paper are encouraged to submit their abstract
for an in-absentia presentation by
May 31, 2009. Papers presented in-absentia are eligible to be included in the conference
proceedings. A processing fee of US $130 (if received by May 15) is applicable for each paper submitted for presentation in- absentia.
The fee will be $180 if received after May 15. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers in-absentia will be sent the conference CD,
program bulletin, and certificate by
August 1, 2009.
