Those who cannot come to Los Angeles but wish to make paper presentation in a video format are encouraged to submit their abstract by May 31, 2009.  A presentation video in form of a DVD or VCD is required to be received by June 15, 2009. One of the authors of the paper must pre-register by May 15, 2009 (or within one of acceptance, whichever is later) in order us to enable us to schedule the video presentation. The registration fee, as applied to regular registration, will be applicable for video presentations.

   Papers submitted for video presentation are also eligible to be included in the conference proceedings. Abstracts of video papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers will be sent the conference CD, program bulletin, and certificate by August 1, 2009.
